Black-brown lace skirt with strategically placed appliqué of a Pennsylvania Dutch cotton classic pattern. Motifs of trees, flowers, girls wearing bonnets and ducklings. Pleated black silk peplum. Pop-pom trimmed hem, and vent at center back hem. Three black buttons closure at center back waist for adjustable fit.
